Advisor Stack (advisor-stack.com) operates an informational directory of AI-powered software tools for financial advisors and financial planners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We do not require user registration, accounts, or personal information to access our directory. You can browse all tools, categories, and content without providing any personal data.

The only direct information we may collect is if you voluntarily contact us via email (which we do not currently have a contact form for).

Our site is hosted in the United States (via Cloudflare Pages). By using the site, you consent to transfer of your technical/usage data to the US. If you are in the EEA/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and your consent for such transfers.
